Retrofit factories, offices, warehousing and domestic homes from old globes to new
Consultation, installation and advice
A consultant will advise you on adapting the building lighting system from old technology such as incandescent light bulbs, highbays, floodlights,
standard florescent lighting and 50w downlighters to new CFLs, (compact florescent light) which are energy saving, brighter (in cool white), dimmable
and will also last approximately three times longer than conventional globes.
Adding day/night switches for lighting that could be switched off during the day and on at night when needed can also be done.
A no obligation quote on passive activated light units were needed, day/night switch’s and removing all old lighting and installing of new
lighting systems.
Heat reduction
Installing energy saving globes will also reduce the heat emitted from incandescent globes, drastically decreasing the ambient temperature. An
incandescent globe is immensely inefficient, emitting 90% heat and 10% light. Energy saving globes are almost 100% efficient.
Savings in Rands
The savings in Rands upgrading all lighting in a building/factory to energy saving can be very substantial, up to eighty percent.
